Анотація

Стаття присвячена теоретичному аналізу основних підходів до розуміння компонентного складу та структури педагогічних здібностей. У результаті проведеного аналізу авторка узагальнює існуючі підходи і приходить до висновку, що спільним у них є виокремлення у структурі педагогічних здібностей дидактичних, комунікативних, організаційних, перцептивних, експресивних компонентів. Особлива роль при цьому відводиться особистісно-ціннісним чинникам, аналіз яких визначено перспективою подальших наукових досліджень.

(The article looks at the theoretical analysis of the main approaches to understanding the compositional constitution and the structure of educational abilities. In modern psychology there are different ideas of the compositional
constitution of educational abilities. However, it is possible to single out two main tendencies in researching educational abilities: finding their full complement and
striving to discover their ideal structure, and distinguishing the basic units of educational abilities. As a result of the conducted analysis the author generalizes
existing approaches and reaches the conclusion that their common feature is identifying didactic, communicative, organizational, perceptional and expressive
components in the structure of educational abilities. In the author’s opinion, the special role should be given to personal-value factors, the analysis of which is
outlined by the perspective of the further scientific research.)
